Snyder Fuel supplies #2 Fuel Oil and Kerosene set up and delivery to both residential and commercial properties within our delivering area.
Central New York's snowy and icy winters can be very hard on our drivers. Many customers are not aware that delivery trucks, depending on how much product they are carrying, actually may have less traction on driveways than a car. Also, please remember these trucks are carrying hazardous material and must abide by far stricter guidelines.The width of these trucks with extended mirrors can make it nearly impossible to make it up a driveway made narrow with snow-bent trees or that are plowed just wide enough for a car or small truck.
Spring can also be unusually tricky for our drivers. As the snow and ice melt, many driveways become mud boggs or become very weak as the frost leaves the ground. If a heavy fuel truck tries to proceed onto a questionably muddy or soft driveway chances are the truck will sink and cause extensive rutting. We do not want to destroy your driveway, so our drivers are instructed not to proceed into a driveway they deem as questionable.
At Snyder Fuel, our experienced drivers abide by a “safety first” motto, and we ask for your understanding that this sometimes means they temporarily cannot proceed with a delivery.
ACCOUNT DELIVERY OPTIONS
Automatic Delivery: Most of our customers prefer the peace of mind in knowing they will never run out of fuel. We take care of everything from tracking the weather and degree days to fuel delivery before the tank runs out.
Will Call Delivery: Will call ultimately means call as needed, we ask that our customers call for delivery when they are at 3/8 of a tank.
OTHER ACCOUNT OPTIONS
Prompt Pay Plan: Receive a $.15 per gallon discount for prompt payment.
Budget: Features 12 even monthly payments per year with a $.17 per gallon discount credited in May. The Budget begins in the June-August months.
Pre Buy: Recieve a $.20 per gallon discount for paying ahead for the entire year's usage.

You should inspect your oil storage tank once a year. Listed below are the key points to inspect for possible problems. If you notice any of these problems-please do not hesitate to call us.
